Forever 21 Open Front Blouse/Jacket

Blouse fabric but lays open like a jacket/shrug type styling. Can also be tied in the front for a different look. Perfect for over a top that’s sleeveless or tank. Elastic at cuffs. Gathers at shoulders (see second to last photo). This piece is double lined in the front making it thicker and not so see thru.
