Forever 21 black casual blazer has a shawl lapel with open front, lightly padded shoulders, three-quarter sleeves, two pockets with flap closures and lined . The pockets are still stitched closed but stitches can be removed if using the pockets is desired. The tag has been removed but this is 100% polyester.
