Forever 21 Patterned Fit and Flare Dress M

Cutest dress purchased from Forever 21 in 2012. Size M fits true to size. Worn a handful of times but still in near perfect condition. The back is so cute - look at the photos to see how it looks in the back. Material is very comfy and light. There is a navy blue liner and then the pattern on top. Make me an offer! Bundle to save :)
