Forever 21 Plaid Dress

Cute plaid dress from Forever 21 Contemporary. Features two front pockets at the hip and faux leather adjustable buckles as straps. The plaid pattern has brown herringbone and small pops of blue and red. Great to wear on its' own or over a t-shirt or turtle neck. One of the straps there is a small tear as shown in the photo.
