New with tags Forever 21 Plus Size 2X Anorak Jacket. The background color is army green, and the spots are black with grayish green centers. The material has no stretch, as it is a 100% cotton denim-like woven material. It has an adjustable drawstring at the waist, and front zipper closure with snaps as well. All the hardware is a distressed bronze color metal. The shoulders measure 17 inches from seam to seam.

@missmeganbauer Hi, my apologies for the late reply. I wasn’t getting my notifications for some reason. I measured the inside of the jacket, and it is 24” from armpit seam to armpit seam. Let me know if you have any more questions.
