Forever 21 Red Floral Print Dress

This forever 21 low calf/ankle-length (I am 5'4") dress has never been worn. I would call it a maxi style dress. I have tried many times, just doesn't fit my body shape. It has two layers of fabric, up until the bottom half, but is still thin and breathable. There is one slit up the side on each side of the dress, ending a couple inches above the knee. The straps are not adjustable however I had adjusted them by tying those tiny knots, which will be untied and ironed out upon sale. There is no stretch to this fabric. Very rich color and elegant appearing for F21!
