Forever 21 Rose Covered Tunic or Mini Dress

This piece is Gorgeous!!! It is a pale pink and cotton/silk blend top or dress with hot pink roses all over. It has a padded bustier top with a fitted waistband dropping to a full ruffled skirt. This is fully lined with a back zipper. It has been worn several times but still in Excellent Condition! This is adorable with skinny pants and heels or with jean shorts and sandals. It is 16.5” across the chest, 14.25” across the waist, and 26” long.
