Beautiful forever 21 rose print mini dress that can be worn alone or as a tunic over pants, leggings, or opaque tights. Or just over a bare leg. Size small. In the photo I have a black mini skirt underneath but you can’t really see it. The body is lined with black opaque material. The sleeves are sheer and trimmed with black lace. It looks much more expensive than a forever 21 item. It was purchased for $30. I wore it to a few occasions so now it’s time to rotate it out of my closet. See measurements in photos.
