Forever 21 Royal Blue Dress & Criss Cross Straps in the Back. The tag says medium but it is more like a juniors size 00/0. Long Sleeves. The material is 63% Polyester, 33% Rayon and 4% Spandex. Approximate measurements: Underarm to underarm/Chest: 15.25"/30.50" Waist: 12.25"/24.50" Sleeves: 27" Length: 35" Good/Acceptable. There were 3 small spots in the back waist where stitching was coming loose so new stitches were sewn in. There is some pilling. Please see photos.
