Forever 21 Ruffled Floral Mini Dress Black/red

Only worn when I tried it on. It's GORGEOUS, I wish I could find more pictures of someone modeling it. The only problem is that it's a little too low cut for me and since it's semi-backless, I feel weird wearing something underneath it.
