Forever 21 Satin Belted Mini Dress

This is a black satin belted mini dress from Forever 21. The material is smooth and double-lined. I am 5ft, 90lbs, 34A bra. The length went to my knees, the fit around my midsection was perfect, but my chest is like 2-3 sizes too small for this dress. Also, it has shoulder pads, a zipper, a clasp, and of course, a belt. Size small, NWT.
