Forever 21 sheer overlay/maxi dress for layering. Size L. Completely sheer – meant to be layered. Perfect for pairing with a long sleeve shirt and leggings in the winter. Tulle-like texture. Striking Phoenix/Peacock-like bird medallions in breast area. I wore this once as a costume of Phoebe Bouffay from “Friends.” *Size tags were cut out because they were itchy.
