Forever 21 Silky Hi Low Button Down Halter Dress

In great used condition. 100% polyester halter dress with a silky/satin feel to it. Front is slightly shorter than back, giving a hi-low look when worn. Buttons all down the front that are functional. Waist is elastic with a max stretch of 14 inches flat. Bust has a decorative tie that creates a keyhole. Bust is 15-16 inches flat, no stretch to material though there is elastic on back of dress. Super cute and can be casual or dressy!
