Forever 21 Size Medium Tie Waist Dress with Pink/Purple/Blue Print Design

Worn once for my brothers graduation! As usual, Forever 21 Size M truly fits like a size Small or Small/Medium. Pleated detail around the neckline. Waist loops with a tie belt to adjust the dress however you like. Button closure in back. Skirt is fully lined with a silky/smooth material. I am 5’7” and it hits mid-thigh, not too short!
