Forever 21 Stretchy Leopard Skirt 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex Item is thin and very lightweight. There is also a seam 4 inch from the top which allows the top to be folded down to give the appearance of a shorter skirt. Please note: The inner tag does not indicate a size though piece is very stretchy. I am a typically a Medium/Large, size 6/8 in pants, and have a 36in waist measurement. Pre-loved by me and only worn a few times. Inner seam threads may show imperfections from normal wear and washing.
