Forever 21 Stripe Combo Midi Dress

Super cute, casual midi dress. The top is a striped crop top with a spaghetti strap black dress over it. The material is crazy soft and has a lot of stretch. Would look so cute with combat boots and a choker or with white low top converse sneakers. Measures about 45.5" in length, about 14.5" across chest while laid flat, about 14.5" at waist, and about 16" near hip. Brand new with tags, never worn.
