Forever 21 Summer Dress

This is something I would wear as a swimsuit coverup, personally, because it is very short. The back has a crisscross pattern to show a little bit of skin at the top of the back. It’s a nice summer dress, but it does have a little bit of fraying on the crisscross part, which I tried to picture.
