Forever 21 Tie-front Dress

Blue dress with black and white Aztec design. It does have a tie in the front which creates a peekaboo space below the tie. It has a zipper and clasp in the back for easy removal. I am personally a size small/xsmall and feel this dress ran a bit large for my style.
