ebizhng @mollyallen1982 hi! The waist is 13.5 inches relaxed and stretches to about 18.5 inches. The chest measures around 18.5 inches and stretches to 21 inches. These measurements are when the dress is laying flat. Hope that helps! ☺️

mollyallen1982 @ebizhng I did some measuring and it didn't really compute how short 33" length will be on my bum! Oops! I'm trying to decide if it's worth wearing with jeans/leggings or just searching for something similar with a little more length. Thank you sooo much for all the info and I'll keep it in mind! :D <3
