Forever 21 Women’s Small black rose puff sleeve collar summer dress

This is a short black dress with red roses patterned all over. It has adorable puff sleeves with little buttons. The front has a pleated design to break up the simple black color. My favorite thing about this dress is the Peter Pan collar. This dress is perfect for that preppy back-to-school look. There is a zipper and a peek-a-boo hole in the back of the dress.
