chelseawells79 @coachjudybooth bust is 17 inches across when laid flat, measured from armpit to armpit. Waist is 14 inches across when laid flat. Also wanted to add that it has belt loops but the belt is missing, and when I took it out to measure it, I noticed it has some mild deodorant staining in the armpits. It has been washed but not stain treated.
