Forever 21+ blue daisy print ruffle mini dress. Adorable dress with side zip, small tie at the bust, ruffle at the hem of the dress, smocked backing. This is size 3X but I’d say it fits more like a 1x or 2x, I found it a bit tight in the back. Super cute, perfect for spring and summer. Dress it up or down with sneakers, the print is adorable. This was worn maybe once.
