Forever 21 blue slip dress

Pre-loved, but only worn once for a wedding! Forever 21 size large. Bright blue and lightweight with slight cowl neck. Hidden side zipper with hook and eye closure at top. Adjustable straps. 16" slit at bottom left. Tiny tiny little pull and mark on left side near base of zipper (see last photo).
