Forever 21 chiffon dress

I absolutely love it! Very gently worn, no tears, like new condition! Very sexy, fun, light weights dress. I called the material chiffon it’s a very pretty material. This dress has cold shoulders, it gathers at the waist and it’s a rather short dress depending on how tall you are. Size is a 1X, from the waist line to the bottom of the hem is just over 19”, The shoulder to the bottom of the ham measures 36 inches. The top is loose and kind of baggie while the bottom is more fitted.
