Forever 21 cream colored mid rise “Chelsea” style boots, USA WOMENS 8.

I received these as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately they do not fit! I have tried them on but never worn outside. No scuffs, rips/tears, or wear at all. They have about a 3/4 inch platform too!
