Forever 21 crochet fringe knit open front cardigan

It is not a true white, definitely an off white. Great condition. The fringe strings are a little muddled from being stored, but they are all intact and should straighten back out with a little wear. The length from the top of the shoulder down to the front hemline (not including the fringe!) is 29 inches. The fringe by itself is about 17 inches. Questions? Leave a comment below!
