💕Forever 21 cute summer floral low-cut dress

Very lovely cute summer dress. Perfect to go for tea party or wedding. I only wore once for a wedding and then found it no chance to wear since I moved to San Francisco (always windy at some point during the day!). So it looks like new! It’s made of soft polyester material, with zip plus slight elastic band at the back which can fit well for anyone wearing S size.
