Forever 21 dress . WOVEN DRESS * BLACK/ IVORY

Still has the tags ! I purchased it without trying it on and unfortunately did not fit. Zipper on the back . It’s a Medium but most likely fits like a small. Perfect to dress up or down ! I’m 5’2 and fits above my knee! ( like a skirt )
