Forever 21 dull green double-breasted sleeveless dress

Forever 21 2019, dull and pale green, double-breasted, buttoned, sleeveless, waist cinched on the back, low v-neck dress. Size XS (waist can be cinched with the belt on the back) Still in very good condition and never worn (except for this picture) because I got it right before the pandemic. It has a slight fraying on the right side that I painted over with clear nail polish to prevent further fraying (it’s barely noticeable).
