Forever 21 fit and flare plaid mini dress

This so cute dress just needs 2 things. A black grosgrain ribbon for belt (will exactly match the ribbon at neck) and a seam fix on the arm. There is a slight tear that can be fixed by a tuck with seam. Navy and green plaid with black accents. Dress is so cute it is worth it. Has belt loops and a lined skirt. Just one of those super cute dresses that Forever 21 can make. 💙💚🖤 Chest 16” Waist unstretched 12” Length 30” Material tag not attached - I am sure a poly blend w/ stretch aide in it.
