"Vintage" Forever 21 dress circa 2002, EUC, worn only a few times and always dry cleaned. Cute babydoll style mini, with cap sleeves. Seam and light ruching at bust but otherwise this is not a form-fitted dress. Silky feel, beautiful color scheme, and fully lined with a complimentary polka dot fabric. Pullover, with one button at the neck in back. Flat measurements: Length: 31" Pit to pit: 15.5"
