Forever 21 floral tunic/minidress

Loose fitting tunic (or mini-dress depending on your height!). I’m 4’11” and this fell mid-thigh on me, but someone taller could definitely wear it as a tunic with jeans or leggings. Cute and simple! I believe it’s made of rayon but the care tag was removed. Great condition, no stains, pilling, or fading.
