Forever 21 hot pink dress, sz S

A light weight, silky Forever21 dress! Features a tie waist and is lined! This can be a summer or winter goody and the best part - it's Hot Pink! I styled for the winter, with a leather jacket, scarf and a variety of booties to give you some ideas. Tag size is Small. Measured flat: 18" pit to pit, 20" waist, 33" length. The sleeves sometimes do not stay rolled but thats an easy fix with double sided tape - I use Victoria's Secret brand. Other than that, flawless!
