so cute is this stretchy not cotton stretch correct? I'm in Ohio so not that is where in January but wanted to know if it's appropriate for work? where did it hit you mid thigh or knee length?

This hit me a few inches above the knee. Its stretchy & fits snug at the bust area and flows out past the waist. Maybe a cute longer sweater over it if you're worried if its work appropriate.
