Forever 21 lace top dress

Black and white Foever 21 long sleeve dress. Transparent Black lace on upper front and all of back with gold and black buttons down the back and at the hem of the sleeves. Includes belt. Double layered from waist down. Rest of dress is a silk-like texture. Dress is roughly 18” across from chest from underarm seam and aprx 15” across at the waist when laying flat. Little to no stretch available. And skirt portion is about 17” long from waist. No known issues.
