Just a great black dress. Easy to work with. Wear under a blazer (material on top half is thin - see pic) or a bralette. Contrast the style with a cardigan. Laced open waist done very well and a fully lined skirt. Worn once. Chest 17” Waist 14” Length from shoulder to hem 33”
