Forever 21 Marion velvet jacket. Long sleeves, half length (stops right below waist) with silver snap accents on collar and silver snaps on sleeves. Can be worn as long sleeve jacket or with sleeves rolled up. Has a silver zipper and a matching velvet belt along the bottom. Looks really cute with dark jeans and a dark shirt but can be styled up or down for casual days
