teacherc @laura_rachelle i think it’s a true large and it’s stretchy. Sometimes the large at forever 21 is too small. I can send measurements when I get home from work if you want 😊

teacherc @laura_rachelle ok so the pit to pit measurement is 16” and across the waist is 14”. This is without stretching it at all. It stretches a good 3” and more so in the lower waist. It’s 48” long from under the arm to the floor. Hopes this helps 😊👌🏼
