Forever 21 navy and white silk Skirt

One of my all time favorites! I’m obsessed with this skirt! From Forever 21. Silky material. Pockets on both sides. The pictures make it look black but it’s actually more navy. A bit of fraying on the front that can be easily fixed with scissors. Size S/P. Tough to part with this one!
