Forever 21 off the shoulder cream dress- large

A cream colored, crochet dress. Off the shoulder with a green sash that ties at the waist. Lined underneath, lining stops around the knees. From forever 21, tags were removed because they were itchy. Armpit to armpit: 19 inches Waist: not stretched 14 inches- fully stretched 20 inches I only wore it a couple of time, but I dress more conservatively now and will no longer wear this dress. It’s in great condition and deserves to be worn!
