This black and white polkadot, floral, dress is so cute! NEVER BEEN WORN! The sleeves are a cap sleeve that come about 3 inches above the elbow. The front has an overlay type bottom. From top(shoulder), to bottom(longest part, it is 33” in length. From the shortest part(middle where the overlay is, it measures at 32”. Would be adorable with some fun tights and combat boots, or a cute pair of heels and a leather jacket.
