Forever 21 short dress

Super cute, sheer georgette fabric. Skirt is lined, top is not. Cut out lace detail on back, blue contrast collar. Dusty pink color. Elastic waist measures 26", underarms/bust 34", length from collar to hem about 32" or 33". Has a small pin head size stain on the back near the hem, and faint stains near hem on side (see last 2 photos). 100% polyester, lace is cotton/nylon blend, hand wash.
