Forever 21 stretch floral dress with lace up tie neckline, size M

Preowned but in new condition since I don’t remember if I ever wore it. No flaws, and signs of any tear or wear. Material tag is taken off. Dress is super soft with a lightweight cotton feel. I beleive it is cotton, and either polyester or rayon with some spandex since the dress is very stretchy. Very cute and youthfull dress for summer, spring, and fall.
