Forever 21 summer dress

Worn twice, washed 3 times, built in bra. Dress is strapless but has two strings to help keep the dress up that ties around the neck. Very clean and brand new. The dress is sheer but has a slip like cover on the inside. Shows the back a little bit as well. The chest area is stretchy
