Forever 21 sweater top

Worn once! Perfect for New Years or a similar occasion. The top falls completely off the shoulder and the sleeves reach perfectly to the wrist. I'm 5'2" and 119lbs and it fit loosely and obviously cinched at the bottom. Fits as a medium but labeled as a small. The material is a bit odd - 50% rayon, 32% cotton, 12% polyester, 6% metallic yarn. If you have any questions, let me know! ☺️
