Forever 21 two piece set

Super cute two piece would make a cute Halloween outfit. Gives Fran Drescher vibes. New with the tag still attached. It does have some loose threads throughout just because of the type of fabric that it is and there looks like some fading by the zipper but it was like that when i purchased :) see photos for details.
