Forever 21 white black lace tie mock high neck tank top

PRICE FIRM Forever 21 white sleeveless blouse. White lace bib with contrasting black seams and neck tie, slightly high mock neck. Scalloped crochet at the armholes. Very pretty and feminine, almost a Victorian vibe to it. Worn only once but there are a couple stains, this is why I don’t wear white lol…one tiny red dot, an almost imperceptible mark near the right arm area, as well as another splotch that I could only detect in certain light, none of these are super obvious as I almost missed them, I tried to photograph, see photos.
