Forever That Girl mini dress, white with lace, pearl and sequins details

The perfect second look dress, labeled size Medium but I’d say it fits a small (I’m 2/4 on top and 6 bottom and this is tight in my hips). Very mini dress - about an inch short than the tips of my fingers. Low back but can wear a strapless bra. New without tag. From Anthropologie. Note: I did hear a pearl drop when taking pics - so they may not all be in tact but you cannot tell - it’s covered!
