auragalvez22 I do recvommend the vitamins tho. There is all kinds of veggies and fruits in em. Theyre all powdered together. They can have up to 3 daily. My kiddos love em and always want more lol. Theyre awesome and keep em Haelthy bc they dont always like to eat their greens (:
