lacemj Hi @susie0918 sorry for the delay. This dress material is very forgiving and has good stretch to it. (That's the purple portion) the black waist and arm trim is not stretchy at all. The zipper on the side gives u room to put on. Wether it's tts, I believe it is. It was my daughters, but I got it a size too big for her and she's a size 5. I hope this helps.
